Planting Time
Well, hello there.
Do you know that I am officially dayjobless? Oh yes. I'm not quite adjusted yet, but it's coming. I've been working on LedThread infrastructure, so she can have all her bones and highways and plumbing in place.
And then I'll be able to GROW GROW GROW.
And speaking of growing, I'm turning into a crazy plant lady. Kinda like a crazy cat lady, only with plants.
Which brings me to a fun aside. When my granddad was a little boy in Nebraska, he and his father went to check on his aunt (or maybe great-aunt), an elderly lady who lived alone on the prairie. Alone, but with many cats. It was winter. She had been deceased for a while, and ...
So, my family has always been a bit prejudiced against cats. Because they ate my aunt. But, you see, perhaps I have the gene that inspires us to collect lots of alive things. Like plants. I just counted 16 at the studio. And a few more at home....
